If you are using Shinkansen, from Hakata station, use Kyushu Shinkansen and go to Kumamoto station.
If you are flying, we recommend you fly in from Nagasaki airport since the airport also provides periodic flight from Shanghai/Seoul.

In order to bring out the best taste and scent of the raw ingredients,
each and every dish of this premium Sosaku-Kyofu-Kaiseki (original Kyoto style banquet dishes) is carefully hand prepared by the chef.
It is very popular among women guests.
The head chef personally selected the best seasonal ingredients in preparing this healthy cuisine.
The main ingredients are fresh seafood from Ariake Sea and nutrition filled vegetables from Shimabara peninsula.

Breakfast is served in a Japanese / western buffet style with menu such as healthy salad bar with fresh vegetables from Shimabara peninsula and freshly baked bread. Guests preferring Japanese style breakfast can enjoy over 30 selections of dishes such as Nagasaki made rice and recommended local dishes.
